Jacobi consulting GmbH is a consulting company established in 2006 with headquarter in Hamburg and an office in Neustadt i. H.

With currently five consultants and numerous close cooperation partners the company is big enough to master complex tasks and small enough to work extremely flexible and ensure short and quick communication processes. Our focus is on the energy industry. In addition we work on projects in transport companies, industrial production and the media sector.

Coaching entrepreneurial processes of change is in the focus of our consulting activities. Whether it is about strategic reorientation, restructuring measures, elaboration of earning potential or alignment of management processes – every task is developed in cooperation with the client, i.e. the company management and the managerial staff, if possible, also including the employees.

We do not want to create anxiety, but design the processes of change in a motivating and positive way by participation, structure, qualification, communication and transparency. We do not use any standard formulas or nostrums for our clients, but develop appropriate and feasible solutions.
